Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
AstroBrahmand provides digital astrology services such as consultations, puja bookings, and horoscope analysis. Once a service is successfully delivered, it is generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• Payment is deducted but service is not delivered
• Technical issue from our side
• Duplicate payment made by user
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
• User dissatisfaction after consultation
• Partial usage of services
• Wrong selection of astrologer or service
4. Refund Duration
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
5. Refund Mode
Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking).
6. Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel a service before it starts to be eligible for a refund.
Once the service has started, cancellation is not allowed.
